We can provide emergency same day service if contacted before 12:00pm. Otherwise, next day service will be provided.
The best way to determine what pests you are dealing with is to have an inspection from one of our expert technicians or salespersons. In some cases, we may be able to identify your pests via email.
When applied by our expert technicians according to the label and state regulations pesticides pose very little risk to you and your family. We will take all precautions to make sure your family, pets and plants stay safe. We provide pesticide and non-pesticide solutions through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to reduce risks as much as possible.
We will do everything to make sure your residence is pest free and offer a retreatment guarantee on all of our recurring service lines at no additional charge. If a problem arises just give us a call and we will make sure to make sure you are taken care of. Some of our one time services also come with a guarantee, please ask your salesperson for details.

While some DIY treatments can help with your annoying pests, our expert knowledge, top of the line products and innovative application techniques will give you a much better experience than doing it yourself.
Our recurring treatments require an agreement to make sure everyone knows what to expect. If you do not want to sign an agreement, we understand and can provide one-time treatments that won’t lock you into anything!

You do not need to leave for any of our recurring services and typical pest services. However, there are a few more extensive treatments that will require you to leave for some period of time, 4-8 hours, including flea treatments, bed bug remediation and German roach treatments.
Our treatments always start with why, then move to what the best solution will be. We will inspect the area, come up with the best solution to solve your problems and then move forward with a treatment plan that everyone is happy with.
